Is This You?

Does this sound familiar?

On the outside, you look like you’re managing just fine; you smile, stay busy and take care of everyone. In work and at home you’re seen as reliable, confident and capable. You devote time and energy to your relationships with your children, partner, friends and colleagues, and you are well-loved and respected.

And yet…

  • Your mind races with overthinking and anxiety…about work, your relationships, parenting, money, health, even the state of the world.

  • Your family relationships, especially with your parents, may feel complicated and painful.

  • You avoid conflict and criticism, even when it means silencing your own wishes and needs.

  • When under pressure, you find yourself freezing, shutting down or wanting to escape.

  • Early childhood experiences still echo in ways you can’t always shake off.

  • Outwardly you seem to have it all together, but inside, you carry sadness, shame, despair and even grief.

  • You feel alone and lonely – it’s just too hard to share your thoughts, feelings and experiences with others.
  • You may have tried other therapies, but haven’t yet found the peace of mind you long for.

If this sounds like you, know this: it doesn’t have to stay this way.

What’s possible

We all hold the potential for change, healing and growth. Sometimes we need a compassionate guide to walk alongside us as we explore what’s troubling us, reconnect with our inner wisdom and find our way towards self-trust and belonging.

Perhaps now is the time. You’re ready to stop struggling alone and find the support that will allow you to flourish and feel alive.

What I offer

At Nature’s Embrace, therapy takes place outdoors, where nature itself becomes part of the process. The natural world has a way of settling the nervous system and reminding us that we’re part of something larger.

But this isn’t only about feeling calmer in the moment. Our work together is about helping you carry that calmness, confidence and self-kindness into your everyday life.

Through gentle exploration, you will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of who you are and what you want.

  • Discover and give voice to the parts of yourself that have been ignored or silenced.

  • Explore what holds you back from allowing those parts to thrive.

  • Strengthen your ability to trust yourself and the decisions you make.

  • Begin making choices that feel aligned with who you really are.

As an embodied arts therapist, I draw on metaphor, movement and mindfulness to support your exploration. These creative and grounding practices open space for insight, release and meaningful change.

This work is collaborative and holistic. It brings together your body, heart and mind so that you can step out of your head and into a more authentic, grounded way of living.
