My Approach

I love offering workshops and groups, and experiential exploration and nature often come together in this area of my work. The workshops usually blend any number of the following activities: movement, mindfulness, stillness, storytelling, storymaking, personal reflections and sharing, crafting and singing. Here below are a few of my current and upcoming workshops.

Spring Awakening (Monday 15th 2024, 10am – 5pm) is the third of a series of experiential workshops exploring our connection with the seasons that I am running at the Claridge House Retreat Centre in Dormansland. The focus of the Spring workshop are the themes of birth, rebirth, hope and optimism as nature comes to life once again as part of the annual cycle of life and death. Participants will be invited to explore and reflect on their own internal experiences of Spring through artwork, story, movement, group sharing and stillness. For more information please go to:

The Spring Awakening will be followed by the final seasonal workshop of the year: Summer Flourishing on Monday 15th July. Further details to come.

I run an outdoor clinical supervision group for qualified therapists in private woodland in Selmeston, near Eastbourne. I invite group members to call on their own creative resources and the materials and processes of the natural environment around them to explore who they are as therapists and their work with clients. This is currently full but please contact me if you are interested in joining the waiting list for this group; if I have enough interest, I may be able to run a second group.

For more information about any of these events or groups, please call me on 07729 773469 or email me on I look forward to hearing from you.

Here below is an overview of recent workshops I have run. If you would be interested to offer a similar workshop to a company, group or organisation you are involved in, please get in touch.
